Recognized as a Great Place to Work, we\'re looking for passionate individuals to help us shape the future of data security and work towards a safer digital future.Requirements:We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer based in the Bangalore with at least 8 years of experience.What you\'ll do (Duties and Responsibilities):

• Contribute to a friendly and helpful company culture

• Design, implement, test, and maintain one or more of:

• The backend of our cloud security platform, written in Rust

• Our Runtime Encryption\xc2\xae software for SGX, written in Rust

• Help deploy, monitor, and optimize the performance of our software

• Lead and participate in peer code review, which we believe results in a higher-quality product

• Follow security best practices (don\'t worry, we\'ll tell you what they are)

• At least 5+ years of overall experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in Rust.

• Technical lead experience for large scale projects in a microservices architecture.

• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS/GCP/Azure.

• At least 4 years of experience with container technologies like docker.

• Hands on experience with Kubernetes.

• Strong background in backend development including APIs and databases.

• A bachelor\'s degree or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent training or work experience

• Proven experience with Linux system programming.

• Good understanding of Linux builds and deployment

• Security experience is a plus, but is not required

• Exhibits uncompromising integrity

• Pays attention to detail

• Thinks critically about complex technical problems

• Can work independently, while also being an effective technical lead of a team

• Experience in Confidential Computing is a plus
