Must have at least 4 years\' experience in Linux system administration (Zlinux would be a plus point) Must have at least 1 year experience in provide Admin support for Pega platform Must have good knowledge in Infrastructure - compute, network, Storage. Should have good knowledge in middleware products- Websphere/Tomcat Should have good knowledge in Database (Oracle/Sql/Postgress) Should have experience in supporting business critical applications which includes- Maintenance, Tech Refresh, Cloud migration, etc. Must have good knowledge on software development process Must have experience in working Agile model Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to interact with all levels of an organization including senior management Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment Strong team or technical leadership experience Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions.
