The AEM Technical Lead should have a solid understanding of web development processes from inception to deployment along with strong leadership skill. This role will require excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility due to the changing needs of the business. This individual should be able to translate our customer needs into functional and appealing websites and aspire to combine usability and accessibility with visual designs. Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead development team(s) to execute assigned project(s) supporting the digital capability (DC) \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze application requirements and provide recommended design to support the business \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee planning and execution of project(s) to deliver on intended outcomes \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned project(s). \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively engage stakeholders of problem project(s) to assist with identifying corrective actions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, documentation, deployment, and support \xe2\x80\xa2 As a member working in a team environment, you will work with security officer, solution architect, enterprise architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical solution \xe2\x80\xa2 Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse \xe2\x80\xa2 Work in a collaborative coding environment with knowledge of CI pipelines, GIT, SVN and deployments \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong Technical writing skills for updating supporting documentation, Knowledgebase articles etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow Agile development practices for project execution \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide technical support and training to appropriate stakeholders Desired Candidate Characteristics: \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated leadership experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be open to various technology rotations \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion for healthcare \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to understand the needs of the business and commitment to deliver the best user experience and adoption \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to collaborate across multiple teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Innovative and inquisitive nature to ask questions, offer bold ideas and challenge the status quo \xe2\x80\xa2 Agility to learn new tools and processes Qualifications & Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Undergraduate degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science from an accredited university \xe2\x80\xa2 12+ years of overall IT experience on enterprise-level web content management platforms. with 5+ years of experience in AEM. Adobe Certified architect/developer preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 2+year of Team Lead/Delivery Lead experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates proficiency in area of specialization/responsibility. Lead initiatives related to continuous improvement or implementation of modern technologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Works independently on most deliverables. Responsible for the direct management of a team including results/outcomes, goal setting, performance management, coaching. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry will be a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Agile certification and prior experience of scrum master will be plus point \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Service Now etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 People manager level with supervisory responsibility for Individual Contributor and People Manager positions \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates openness to learning and developing. Takes responsibility for their own development and growth. \xe2\x80\xa2 Gives others challenging opportunities to build strong capabilities for team. Helps drive a culture which motivates awareness and learning through creating space for conversations and debate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team. Leads in analyzing current states, deliver strong recommendations in understanding complexity in the environment, and the ability to execute to bring complex solutions to completion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains a broad perspective when analyzing information and utilizes analytical thought while pushing others to do the same, considering long-term implications. Uses judgement and creativity in structuring work and finding solutions that are not obvious.
