We\'re looking for a Senior DevOps Developer specialized in AWS with experience (10+ years experience) in developing web applications,
with a focus on both frontend and backend development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for 20% to 30% of web development tasks and the rest of the time focused on backend development, application security or application performance optimization.
The candidate should be experienced in Vue.js or React, Java, and possess strong AWS knowledge,

particularly in container management and deployments, and ideally hold an AWS certification.

Additionally, experience in Agile and Continuous Integration frameworks, particularly using Jenkins or similar tools, is preferred.
The candidate should also possess high-level application security concepts, experience with Veracode for code analysis, and be familiar with penetration testing and code improvement tools such as SonarQube.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Strong experience in backend development using Java (Oracle/Zulu) in its latest versions (11 and above). SKP 4, YOE 5
• Strong experience in Spring Framework and common development tools like GIT, Maven, Jenkins. SKP 3, YOE 4

Experience in developing web applications using Vue.js or React. SKP 2, YOE 2

Strong knowledge of AWS as a developer, particularly in container management and deployments, with a preference for an AWS certification. SKP 3, YOE 4

• Strong knowledge of AWS EKS and related services , SKP 3, YOE 3
• Experience with APIGEE , SKP 2, YOE 3
• Experience in application security from the point of view of its development cycle and in the scope of a developer. SKP 2, YOE 5
• Experience with Agile (Scrum) and Continuous Integration frameworks, particularly using Jenkins or similar tools., SKP 2, YOE 5

• Knowledge of cloud application architecture patterns and modernization of legacy applications. SKP 3, YOE 4

Experience with Veracode for code analysis. SKP 2, YOE 3

Familiarity with penetration testing and code improvement tools such as SonarQube. SKP 2, YOE 3

A good knowledge, at developer level, of Windows and Linux is required. SKP 3, YOE 8

Experience in improving application performance via external configurations (JVM), latency, deployment patterns and database interaction, infrastructure resource allocation, and via specific basecode changes. SKP 4, YOE 5

Knowledge of scalable cloud application architectures is a plus

Knowledge of Python to use and customize DevOps and automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Develop web applications with a focus on backend development.

Collaborate with Scrum teams in defining requirements and specifications, and coding them.

Identify opportunities to improve performance, code quality, and security.

Participate in designing and executing unit and integration tests.

Work within a Continuous Integration environment.

Conduct Veracode static scan code analysis and implement code improvement recommendations.

Fix application vulnerabilities based on a penetration testing result

Develop effective proofs of concept

Work with operations teams to discover faults and improve application behavior by analyzing offline and runtime (Dynatrace) application performance data.
