• for the post of Senior Software Developer/ Tech Lead: •

Technical Skills Required:

Good Technical Skills in following areas: C# , VB.Net, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server , Entity Framework and LINQ, Java Script and AJAX, Crystal Reports.

JavaScript, WCF, .Net web services, XML, .SVC, JSON and Provides technical leadership and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation.

Architecture: MVC, MVVM, N-Tire Architecture,SOA

Need exposure to Dev-Express tools.

Expected Exposures:

Strong problem solving skills, extremely reliable, quick learner and able to work independently and guide the developers as required

Responsible for designing and implementing specific proof of concepts/components as and when required

Must be able to document existing systems by performing source code analysis.

Prepare and Manage the project tasks and ensure the quality of the tasks

Understanding of web technologies and web architectures and a solid grounding in object oriented analysis and design.

Exposure to AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.

Capable to prepare the Technical Design Document (TDD) and Functional Architecture

Participate in code reviews and ensure that the coding is done according to the best practices.

Interacts and collaborates with technical colleagues and QA Team in order to increase the quality production.

Exposure in communicating with Overseas clients

Ready work in shifts and travel for the onsite projects

Having experience in POS application would be ideal

Experience:

At least 2 complete Project life cycle has be completed

Agile Methodology and related experience is preferred.

2-7 years experience in Software development area
