The ideal candidate will excel in communication, demonstrate strong ownership and dependability, make independent decisions, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and be committed to continuous self-development. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Java software solutions, ensuring minimal defects, and adhering to project timelines.Key Responsibilities:Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with a 4 to 6 years of experience range

Hands-on in the implementation of multi-layer architectures using technologies such as: Business Applications (Java/J2EE, multi-threading, JPA, JDBC, ActiveMQ) and API technologies (Web Services SOAP and REST, JMS, XML/XSD) with Database (Oracle, SQL)

• UI technology (React or Angular or similar) will be preferred
• Experience in writing unit tests using Junit or any other similar framework
• Experience in build tools such as jenkins, Ant
• Experience with GIT or similar source control tools as well as Eclipse IDE
• Experience using Agile/Scrum software development methodologies using tools such as Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Self-starter with the ability to deliver on time with quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver leadership presentations.
• Facilitate effective team communication.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues independently.
