Elevate is recruiting a Senior Software Developer to join our CLM-Tech Services Team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will Participate in SCRUM meetings with L3 support team to clarify and document use cases and steps to reproduce issues. Responsibilities Qualifications Specifically, the Senior Software Developer will Work on specific tickets/issues with a focus on use cases and reproducibility. Work on development tasks or support tickets, document each action and always include next steps in the appropriate ticketing system. Proactively discuss tickets that appear stalled and next steps strategy with L1 and L2 team members. Ensure all necessary information has been collected based on the Client Solutions Troubleshooting guide. Investigate issues by developing testing strategies in Non-Production systems to reproduce issues. Investigate issues by reviewing logs, database information, heap dumps, thread dumps, reviewing code, etc. to determine root cause with little or no supervision. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Support or willing to work in Java Development/Bug resolution. Must have experience working/debugging with Java, J2EE, Spring, Tomcat/WebSphere, MySQL/MS- SQL/Oracle, XML, SOAP/REST, Experience with Splunk, New Relic, Reporting Tools (MicroStrategy / BusinessObjects), JVM Analysis and Linux is desired. Technical Skills Should have good knowledge of below mentioned technologies: Java, J2EE, Spring (Basics) Tomcat/WebSphere, MySQL/MS- SQL/Oracle, XML, SOAP/REST Git Maven Good to have experience in: Splunk, New Relic, Reporting Tools (MicroStrategy / BusinessObjects) and Linux Jenkins Rundeck Putty/SSH/WinSCP Skills for Success Experience supporting web based or hosted applications Good written and oral communication skills. Able to work with remote teams. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Flexible to work in a multi-shift environment. Qualifications Bachelors/masters degree in computer science (i.e., B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, MCA, M.Tech etc.).
