Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
Content Creation and Management:
• Develop engaging and high-quality content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Community Engagement:
• Build and nurture relationships with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement strategies to grow the company's social media following and increase engagement metrics.
Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
