Establish KPIs and metrics to measure campaign success, and provide comprehensive reports to senior management. Spearhead influencer partnerships to broaden brand reach. Oversee customer engagement across all social platforms, ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience. Implement social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and customer interactions, and provide actionable insights. Lead the team in best practices for content creation, leveraging tools like ChatGPT. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams for coordinated campaigns. Continuously monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Lead on-site photo capture initiatives, coordinating with various departments to obtain high-quality, brand-aligned images for social media content and campaigns. Manage the organization and archival of social media-related photographs, ensuring easy retrieval for various marketing needs Requirements: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional social media management experience. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Exceptional skills in multitasking and problem-solving. Proficiency in all social media platforms, including emerging platforms. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies. Strong ability to analyze and interpret social media KPIs for actionable insights. Proven track record in community building and customer engagement. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva. Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies. Expertise in using ChatGPT for content creation and marketing is a strong plus.
