We, at Viacon, are seeking a seasoned Senior Social Media Copywriter to lead our social media charge. You'll be the voice behind our and our client's brands, weaving magic with words that resonate with the defined target audience and achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven social media content strategies that align with our/our clients' brand voice, target audience, and overall marketing objectives.
• Craft compelling and informative captions, headlines, and copy for a variety of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) - all while adhering to character limits and platform-specific best practices.
• Stay on top of current social media trends and curate engaging content that sparks conversations, shares, and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to create a seamless social media presence that incorporates captivating visuals.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future content.
• Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on crafting effective social media copy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Copywriter or a similar role.
• Proven track record of creating high-performing social media content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and current trends.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy in various tones and formats.
• In-depth knowledge of target audience personas and the ability to tailor content accordingly.
• Data-driven approach with a knack for analyzing social media metrics and using insights to inform content strategy.
• A passion for social media and a genuine interest in the industry you'd be working in

Bonus Knowledge:

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
