Responsibilities and Requirements . 8-10 years experience supporting network and network security technologies, especially Cisco and Juniper routers, Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, Cisco wireless WLC, Fortinet Fortigate/Fortimanager, Juniper SRX Firewalls, F5 Load balancers, Cisco ASA and Mcafee Proxies. . Deploy LANs, WANs, SDWAN and Wireless networks, including routers, switches firewalls, load balancers, switches, and any cloud technology (OCI/AWS/Azure/GCP). . Work with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Employee experience, Network Operations and Engineering, Onsite, Real Estate team on the shared full stack ownership of a collection of services and/or technology areas. Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of production services. . Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems . Identify opportunities to automate responses to common operational problems and requests . Ensure compliance, configuration and data quality levels are maintained . Work with Agile team to deliver network and security solutions, Participate transition solutions successfully into Network Operations. . Strong oral and written technical and interpersonal communication skills including sensitivity to user community and the importance of maintaining a positive vendor relationship. . Excellent documentation skills to create runbook and process documents, Ability to create accurate network diagrams. . A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment including 24x7 model. . The candidate should be willing to perform on-call duties after hours and on weekends, on rotation, as per the team\'s schedule, as well as occasional overtime activities during scheduled maintenance windows. . Full time Bachelors or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent. Preferred Skills (optional) . CCNP/ CCIE or equivalent . Network / Security monitoring tools such as: SNMP, MTRG, Prometheus and Grafana etc. . Technical understanding and practical application of security support . Technical understanding and practical application of DevOps . Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery & Deployment Tools . Network as Code strategy . Familiarity of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS infrastructure/environments . Integration technologies (APIs)
