Your responsibilities will include leading a diverse site execution team, managing customer and contractor interactions, and ensuring the successful completion and handover of projects.*Key Responsibilities:*1. *Team Leadership:* Lead and manage the site execution team, including quality control, safety compliance, planning, billing, and execution teams, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project tasks.2. *Stakeholder Management:* Conduct regular meetings with customers and contractors at the project site to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.3. *Project Delivery:* Take ownership of project success by overseeing all aspects of construction activities, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely and successful project completion and handover.*Qualifications:*- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.
