We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in interior design and construction to oversee and manage site operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Oversee on-site execution of interior design projects, ensuring alignment with drawings and design specifications.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate site teams, including contractors, vendors, and labor, to meet project deadlines.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Client Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clients, architects, and designers to address any on-site requirements or concerns.
• Resource Management: Plan and manage the procurement, delivery, and inventory of materials.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Provide guidance and solutions to on-site construction challenges.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed reports of daily site activities, schedules, and expenses.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in site management, specifically in interior design and construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and project management tools.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior design processes.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and resolve on-site issues.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
