We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and execute road construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring quality, and driving project progress efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution:

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure project completion on time and within quality standards.
• Proficiently operate tools like Auto Level and Total Station for measurements and layouts.

Material and Inventory Management:

• Handle raw material deliveries, maintain stock records, and ensure proper utilization of resources.

Reporting and Coordination:

• Submit detailed daily progress reports, including materials received, progress achieved, and challenges faced.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and management teams for smooth project execution.

Relocation:

• Be willing to relocate to any project site as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in road construction or similar infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Auto Level and Total Station tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil engineering: 5 years (Preferred)

• 75% (Preferred)
