POSITION PURPOSE

Application testing on ServiceNow framework, preferably with experience in testing ServiceNow applications Responsibilities

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Based on the test strategy and specifications (requirements, general and detailed specifications), ensures coverage of requirements by test cases
  Work with Product Owners for functional understanding of ServiceNow GRC applications
  Ensures the execution of the tests (executes the campaigns, instructs the anomalies, products of proofs and reports)
  Provides test reports
  Identify bugs and raise risks
  Adapts existing test cases following changes made in the application
  Automates test cases using ServiceNow ATF
  Conducts or organizes and coordinates performance test campaigns aimed at:

    Validate the current capacity of the system in terms of load
    Identify if the systems will meet the targeted loads

CONTRIBUTING RESPONSIBILITIES

TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

• 
  Experience in creating ServiceNow ATF scripts for test automation
  Experience in test case creation, test execution and defect creation and tracking
  Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
  Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS (IF REQUIRED)

ServiceNow testing and ATF experience is preferred. Micro-certification on ATF is preferred.
