  • Industry and project experience of 3 to 7 yrs in ServiceNow
  • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments that have implemented areas such CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Integrations etc.
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and of working in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
  • Knowledge or experience of Agile or SCRUM.
  • Excellent Knowledge of disciplined software release build/deploy processes
  • Excellent Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal, written, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery with outstanding results.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor staff in the development and release management relative to the ServiceNow platform to drive quality, value, and best practices.
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL processes and best practice approaches.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • Certified CSM, ITSM, and ITOM Implementation Specialist.
