What will you be responsible for?

• Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality product
• Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs

What would your day look like?

• Manage Functional and Process documentation
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
• Work and deliver in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Stakeholder management with strong communication skills
• Troubleshoot day-to day operation and system issues
• Work with Service Now Support team to resolve issues

Who are we looking for?

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Implementing ServiceNow modules.
• Flow designer, integration Hub, scripted rest, and soap services, Configuring OOB and creating custom widgets for service Portal.
• ServiceNow UI pages, processor, UI pages, UI macros, UI scripts.
• Integration with external system (JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, ITSM systems, etc.) with expertise in Web technologies (Web Services - SOAP/REST, XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
• Strong understanding of the ITIL process and its components.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript, AngularJS with Bootstrap, jQuery, and Jelly.
• System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow CSM, ITSM modules or other ITSM application.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs
• Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
• Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
• Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
• Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
• Create and manage scripts and workflow.
• Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
