If you are ready to take the next step in your career, read on and apply today for a life-changing opportunity Apply Now!The PositionAs an Advanced Service Manager at Novo Nordisk, your responsibilities will include organizing and overseeing the annual disaster recovery drill and compiling the corresponding report. You will manage user access rights, permissions, and authentication processes, ensuring compliance with security policies, and handling access-related incidents and escalations. Additionally, you will coordinate access reviews, implement access control mechanisms, and provide guidance on best practices for access management within the organization. You will also manage departmental SharePoint sites, including content ownership, permissions, version control, updates, and document libraries, while providing guidance and training on best practices for SharePoint content management to the team. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Ensure a compliant operation of PSnet. Responsible for maintaining the Service Levels as agreed for all the Services in the Service Catalogue.
  • Responsible for maintenance & operation, including support processes (ITIL). Ensure most optimal processes within maintenance and operation.
  • Responsible for change control and configuration management. Ensure PSnet availability is at agreed levels for both Network and Critical Services.
  • Responsible for overview and control of life cycle management. Responsible for all documentation related to PSnet systems & Year wheel activities planning.
  • Ensure continued and improved overall user satisfaction with PSnet systems. Ensure a compliant platform worldwide in Product Supply and to establish strong relationship with stakeholders, end users, Service owners and IT suppliers.
  • Manage the IT Infrastructure, audits and compliance levels as per Novo Nordisk norms. Manage and liaise with the IT Infrastructure & IT System vendors providing system management support across PSnet.
  • Serve as a SPOC during External and Internal audits for PSnet IT Infrastructure Services in PS IT.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years of experience in IT systems management in a large organization.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end systems and applications, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Over one year of experience in the GxP/pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • Extensive experience in system validation, compliance, and IT system audits.
  • Proficient in stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coach and share knowledge with the team.
  • Familiarity with Agile framework or waterfall model is preferred.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure components and services.
