Job description
The Senior Service Manager is responsible for the overall management of the GroundProbe slope stability radars service team. This includes providing technical support to customers, managing the team's workload, and developing and implementing service improvement plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in service of machinery.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting problems, providing training, and answering questions.
• Manage the service team's workload, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement service improvement plans, such as new training programs or customer support tools.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in slope stability radar technology.
• Travel extensively within the region to visit client sites, assess project requirements, and provide technical support as needed.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
