Senior Service Engineer Hvac
Job Description
• Provide Service HVAC PSA customers services, attending Chillers breakdown calls on time and maintain customer satisfaction and provide improved service delivery and generate L&M leads & L&M business.
• Knowledge of YORK chiller compressor (centrifugal + screw compressor service & overhaul).
• In hand experience on solving chiller starter panel service & maintainance including VSD system.
• Abide by company ethical practices with integrity.
• Maintain healthy Net Promoter Score with serving customers.
Performs the most basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities.
Works with mentor to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through direct customer contact.
2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4 Years suggested minimum experience.
