We are seeking a candidate with 05+ years or more of field services management experience in Plant Automation/Telecommunication Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s preferably with core experience in handling a large service Team Consisting of Service Engineers/Service Centers in a Service delivery role. \xc2\xb7 Should be able to lead & Handle Service Team/Engineers/Associates in entire South India and should be able to Coordinate with all Verticals to run day to day Operations \xc2\xb7 Should be Responsible for Forward & Reverse Movement of Spares/Devices/Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s for different Types of Projects \xc2\xb7 Should be able to Monitor the Daily Performance of GPS Devices and Plant Automation Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s with Service Team across south India and should be able to project Daily plans to tackle the same \xc2\xb7 Should be able to perform various types of Analysis to form strategy and generate MIS Reports to Improve Service Operations . \xc2\xb7 Should be able to travel customer Locations across South India to discuss & Understand the Concerns of the customers and should be able to resolve and Travel plan should be Effectively to make it Productive \xc2\xb7 Proactively monitor & maintain optimum inventory level and distribution of spare parts \xc2\xb7 Should be able to work allocate Manpower availability as per workload and allocate the resource for an effective service delivery.
