The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing advanced SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures for maximum search engine performance.
• Off-Page Optimization: Manage and execute link-building campaigns, outreach efforts, and other off-page SEO activities.
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and trends and align them with business goals.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
• Provide actionable insights to improve website performance.
• Technical SEO:
• Audit websites to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented, including crawlability, indexation, and page speed optimization.
• Work with developers to resolve issues like broken links, crawl errors, and site performance.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied to all web content.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong focus on results-driven strategies.

Skills Required

• Expertise in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with local SEO and managing Google My Business listings.
• Knowledge of PPC campaigns and their integration with SEO strategies.
• Understanding of social media's role in SEO.
• Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing.
