As the primary SEO Specialist, you will have a pivotal role in shaping our clients' success and our own growth.

Job Summary:
We're seeking an all-rounder SEO Specialist with a strong foundation in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, and analytics. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about SEO, eager to make a direct impact, and comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities in a startup environment. As the only SEO-focused team member, you'll work directly with the founder to develop and execute strategies to enhance our clients' search engine visibility and grow our reputation as a top SEO agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities and optimize client websites for better search engine rankings.
• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies tailored to each client, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization.
• Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, website copy, and metadata, aligned with each client's brand voice and business objectives.
• Build and maintain backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and other off-page SEO activities.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics, rankings, and conversion metrics to provide insights and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO tools to ensure our clients maintain competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with the founder to design client proposals, outline SEO services, and demonstrate ROI through detailed monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), Wordpress Frontend and Backend.
• Proven experience in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Excellent content creation and editing skills, with the ability to generate compelling and optimized content.
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients/projects.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, comfortable working independently in a startup environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
