Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist (Contract)

About us: We're an online leather jacket store dedicated to offering high-quality, stylish jackets to customers worldwide. To expand our digital footprint and drive online sales, we're seeking a skilled Senior SEO Specialist on a contract basis. This role is focused exclusively on online SEO to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversions. We offer a flexible schedule, expecting approximately 20 hours of work per week, allowing you to set your own hours and work at a time that suits you best.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 3 to 5 years of expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of SEO best practices, including advanced knowledge of HTML, backlink-building strategies and writing blogs. Your role will be instrumental in optimizing our site's search rankings and strengthening our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and apply insights to optimize website content
• Develop and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, with a focus on backlink building to increase domain authority
• Perform SEO audits to enhance website structure, content, and load speeds for optimal search engine performance
• Utilize HTML knowledge to make necessary changes for on-page SEO improvements
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and other key SEO metrics
• Optimize and write product descriptions, blog content, and metadata for maximum visibility
• Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an SEO Specialist
• Proficiency in HTML for on-page SEO improvements
• Demonstrated experience in backlink-building strategies to improve rankings
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and refine SEO strategies
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Proactive and results-oriented approach to tasks
