Manage all SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns in social media in order to maximize ROI. 3.Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. 4.Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations. 5.Research and analyze competitor advertising links. 6.Develop and implement link building strategy. 7.Track, report, analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives and social media campaigns. 8.Communicate with the team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results. 9.Set performance indicators for SEO which complement the overall marketing and business objectives of the company. 10.Promote both offsite and onsite activities and also the interactions that build ranking, profile and traffic. 11.Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments. Required Skills 1.Proven SEO and SEM and ASO experience preferably with B2C company. 2.Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. 3.Google AdWords and Google Analytics Certification is a must. 4.Should be well acquainted with various Social Media marketing Listening Tools, tracking the Social media performance with focus on high ROI. 4.Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. 5.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). 6.Perform keyword research in coordination with the business objectives to optimize existing content and discover new opportunities. 7.Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages. 8.Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific. 9.Should keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines. 10.Develop and implement link building campaigns(events & offers). 11.Implement and administer search engine programs(XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools). 12.Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings. 13.Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing best practices in SEO and SEM.
