Job Responsibilities: As an SEO Executive working the night shift, you will play a vital role in enhancing the online visibility and search engine performance of our company\'s digital assets. Your responsibilities will focus on optimizing websites, content, and strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and contribute to overall business growth. You will work collaboratively with the daytime SEO team and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and effective SEO strategy. Key Responsibilities: Keyword Research and Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for various digital assets.
• Analyze keyword trends and search volume to inform content creation and optimization efforts.

On-Page Optimization:

• Implement on-page SEO techniques such as meta tag optimization, header tag usage, keyword placement, and internal linking during website updates and content publishing.
• Regularly review and optimize existing content for SEO performance and relevancy.

Off-Page Optimization:

• Execute off-page SEO strategies including link building, outreach, and partnership development to enhance the website\'s authority and backlink profile.

4. Technical SEO:

• Collaborate with the technical team to identify and resolve SEO-related issues on the website, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimization.
• Monitor and improve website mobile-friendliness and user experience.

5.Content Creation and Optimization:

• Assist in generating SEO-friendly content ideas based on keyword research and industry trends.
• Edit and optimize website content, blog posts, and other digital assets to align with SEO best practices.

6.Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze website traffic, ranking performance, and other relevant SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
• Prepare regular reports outlining SEO progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

7.Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct competitive research to identify strengths and weaknesses of competitor SEO strategies.
• Utilize insights to refine our own SEO tactics and gain a competitive edge.

8.Stay Current with SEO Trends:

• Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and up-to-date.

9.Collaboration and Communication:

• Coordinate with the daytime SEO team, content creators, developers, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and results effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in SEO with a focus on improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and collaborate with a remote team.
