Title: Senior Security & Data Analyst - Data Lead (SuccessFactors) Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for the SuccessFactors system. Monitor and analyze system activity to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards for the SuccessFactors system. Ensure data quality by monitoring and auditing data quality and working with business stakeholders to identify and address data issues. Develop and maintain data backup and recovery procedures to ensure data availability in the event of system failure or data loss. Manage user access to the SuccessFactors system and ensure that access is appropriate and compliant with security policies. Provide training and support to system users on security and data policies and procedures. Collaborate with developers and system administrators to ensure that security and data requirements are integrated into system design and implementation. Stay current with industry security and data standards, trends, and best practices, and ensure that the SuccessFactors system is compliant with these standards. Ensure compliance with company security and data policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in security and data management , with a focus on SuccessFactors. Strong knowledge of security and data management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Experience with security and data governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPA. Experience with data backup and recovery procedures. Experience with access management tools such as SAP Identity Management and Okta. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. SAP certification is must Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to security and data management. Ability to travel internationally as needed.
