POSITION SUMMARY:
Security operations team is responsible for ensure that the Confidentiality, Integrity, and availability of the organization is always protected. In this role, individual is expected to define the policies, standards, and procedures for the protection of data. This role will be pivoting projects about implementing and finetuning DLP, SASE, CSPM and CASB solutions in Ocwen. The individual should have experience in leading an effort & showcasing a sense of ownership. Collaborate with different teams to identify sensitive data and define how to detect it. Knowledge about cloud and different cloud-based applications will prove to be crucial for the success of this role) JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for configuration and administration of DLP, CASB, CSPM and SASE solution.
• Build and maintain platform specific documentation for DLP, SASE and CASB solutions.
• Maintain DLP audit and compliance dashboards supporting continuous process improvement
• Work with internal stakeholders and business partners to support various areas of DLP, CSPM and CASB implementation (troubleshooting, upgrades, etc.), alert management and compliance management.
• Collaborate with the business to identify critical, high value data (e.g., customer data, critical data, IP & source code) and ensure appropriate controls are in place to protect it.
• Develop new rules and processes to enhance detection capabilities mitigating the risk of the insider threat and data loss.
• Analyze and aggregate data to provide metric reporting in support of improvement/tuning of existing policies and resolve additional controls.
• Investigate host, network and log-based security events.
• Communicate security prevention related concepts to a broad variety of technical and non-technical staff at multi-organizational levels.
• Exposure on the analysis of one or more of the following areas: Network Traffic and Logs, File Systems, Memory, Cloud, and/or Malware. Use those skills in the conduct of Incident Response investigations.

Identify potential, successful, and unsuccessful intrusion attempts and compromises by thoroughly reviewing and analyzing security event details for both on-premises and cloud environment

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in one or more of the following: Data security, DLP solutions, CASB, SASE solutions.
• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college / university. Management degrees MS, M. Tech in relevant field would be an added advantage.
• Preferred Certifications

o Any certification related to data security & privacy will be an added advantage

• Experience with McAfee Endpoint DLP, Palo Alto network DLP, Versa SASE solution and Prisma CSPM solution.

WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 2 PM to 11 PM / 5 PM to 2 AM. No travel.
