You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans, mentoring students, and fostering an environment conducive to learning and academic growth.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover the curriculum and provide hands-on learning experiences.
• Conduct experiments and demonstrations to teach the principles of chemistry.
• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
• Assess and grade students\' work, and provide timely feedback to encourage academic improvement.
• Monitor and manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-disciplinary activities into the curriculum.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and effectively communicate students\' progress and challenges.
• Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience and track student performance.
• Stay updated with advancements in the field of chemistry and incorporate relevant information into the curriculum.
• Supervise and support student research projects and experiments.

• Mater\'s degree in Chemistry or related field; Master\'s degree preferred
• Teaching certification or diploma in education
• Minimum of 8 years of experience teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level
• Proven track record of student academic success and engagement
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using educational technology and tools
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
