Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic search visibility, website traffic, and lead / ecommerce revenue generation- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.- Work towards organic search optimization and maximizing ROI.- Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for website optimization ongoing basis- Drive link building initiatives to improve domain authority and backlink profile.- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.- Monitor redirects, click rates, bounce rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).- Prepare and present reports regularly.- Provide SEO guidance and support to internal teams, including training and knowledge sharing sessions.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to ensure cutting-edge strategies.- Identify problems, deficiencies, and implement timely solutions.- Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization.- Collaborate with content creators, web developers and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices effectively.- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.Requirements and Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience as a Senior SEO or in a similar role.- 8+ years of experience in planning and implementing successful SEO strategies.- In-depth experience and latest developments with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, NetInsight, Omniture, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, HubSpot, ContentKing, SpyFu, Moz, etc.).- Proven track record of success in SEO.- 5+ years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development.- Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.- Familiarity with ranking factors and search engine algorithms.- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.- Strong negotiation skills.- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company\'s success.- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
