  • Automate cluster operations, including provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Administer and manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability and security
  • Expertly manage Kubernetes/ROSA and ROSA-AWS integrations.
  • Define and enforce standards and patterns for consistent container deployments.
  • Develop layout and usage patterns for OpenShift Operators.
  • Create and maintain Intranet FAQs, user guides, knowledge bases, and build documents for ROSA-AWS integration and platform deployment.
  • Provide leadership in identifying and implementing new concepts, techniques, and technology best practices.
  • Leverage AWS services to enhance application scalability.
  • Design and maintain standard templates, reference architectures, and design patterns to assist Platform/Cloud Engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on migration and modernization towards AWS cloud.
  • Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and change management logs.
  • Implement cloud cost optimization strategies and monitor cloud usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively resolve performance issues using tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ Years of Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Cloud Container services and Red Hat OpenShift. .
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in OpenShift or Kubernetes administration
  • General understanding of CI/CD concepts
  • Proficiency in scripting/coding languages such as Java, JavaScript, REST, JSON, Python,Yaml and Bash.
  • Solid knowledge of K8/OpenShift networking and public cloud network integrations.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring solutions, such as Grafana and Prometheus.
  • 2 Years Strong knowledge of integrating ROSA with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, SNS, VPC, API Gateways, ECS / EKS).
  • Proven ability to monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
  • Expertise in microservices-based development, Kubernetes, Docker, and troubleshooting.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing / managing cloud or hybrid-cloud solutions on AWS.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability).
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure maintenance, including monitoring, system recovery, and data backup.
  • Excellent communication skills, including documentation preparation for IT organizations and end users.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure deployment using Terraform or CloudFormation.
