As a servant-leader for the teams, the Senior Scrum Master focuses on how the team works - its process and its culture. The Senior Scrum Master will support the product owners, highlighting the need for clear and concise backlog items, and providing input regarding backlog management. Senior Scrum masters will also support organization wide agile initiatives with a higher level of involvement expected in comparison to that of a Scrum Master.We ensure that colleagues around the world have access to the technology and agreed service levels that they need to take care of their clients and their clients\' shareholders, employees, and customers.Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitates scrum events (Daily Scrum/stand-up, planning, backlog refinement, review, retrospective) to be purposeful, effective and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Create a safe environment allowing each team to experiment without fear of failing, and work with the team to inspect and adapt when things don\'t go to plan
  • As a servant-leader guide each team towards self-organisation and promote a collaborative culture that embraces problem solving, trust and feedback.
  • Work with each team to resolve impediments to team progress, supports the removal of impediments out with the control of the team.
  • Knowledge of techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management to support Product Owners
  • Removes barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams to support the wider organisation
  • As a coach, encourage teams to be self-aware, create a learning culture to help individuals, and the team, adopt a mindset that enables them to take the next steps on their agile journey.
  • As a change agent, support the wider organisation to understand and work effectively with agile development teams. Counters resistance to change, lack of engagement and scepticism.
  • Takes responsibility for self-directed learning and keeps up with emerging practices and ideas. Drive improvement and innovation that will increase the impact of agile practice through the organisation.
  • Manage and oversee the application release processes as required.

What that comes with this is a fast-paced environment and lots of change so you will be resilient in nature and able to adapt quickly and embrace the pace of change we often work at.We are looking for people with these skills:Candidate who has got 12 to 15 years of experience SDLC and Min 5 years of experience as a scrum master Considerable Experience of working as a Scrum Master with cross-functional agile teams and with multiple teams concurrently.In-depth knowledge and application of agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, etc) and practices and proven skills and knowledge of servant leadership, coaching, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment.Experience of supporting and creating Agile training materials for delivery team as well aa the wider organization Experience of supporting and creating Agile training materials for delivery team as well and passionate about agile software delivery and associated practices.Benefits:Health and wellbeing.
