If yes, we are looking for you.About the RoleIn this opportunity as Senior Scrum Master, you will:Be responsible for leading multiple scrum teams, facilitate and support the scrum process, and ensure that the team adheres to its principles and practices.Coach scrum teams to follow agile practices and self-organize, self-manage, and reach a higher level of scrum maturity.Coordination on various aspects of product engineering teamShield the team from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.Communicate with stakeholders the timelines, risks, and progress of the teams.Facilitate scrum events such as sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.Identifying and removing obstacles that are impeding the team\'s progress and working with stakeholders to resolve issues.Managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is up to date, prioritized, and aligned with the team\'s goals.Collaborating with product owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and that the team is delivering value to the customer.Monitoring team performance and progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status.Facilitating cross-functional collaboration between teams, ensuring that dependencies are identified and managed effectively.Providing leadership and guidance to the team, helping them to stay motivated and focused on delivering high-quality work.About You
You\xe2\x80\x99re a fit for the role of Senior Scrum Master if your background includes:
