Specific skill set required - Coupa Functional ConsultantProfessional qualification - Graduate or Postgraduate.
Work Experience - Total experience of 2-7 yrs with relevant experience in Coupa for P2P and expense implementation, Have played a key role in design and implementation roll outs.The key job responsibilities include the following:

• Worked on at least two implementation projects
• Good understanding of the Business Processes.
• Identify as-is processes and to-be processes Map Business Processes.
• Conduct Blueprint / Design workshops for one or more processes
• Configure scenarios in relevant in modules.
• Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents.
• Ability to peer review documentation.
• Has worked in small and large teams
• Has functioned as a Process Lead / Team lead / Project Lead
• Has estimated effort and resources required for a process / requirement
• Has given and received feedback for performance.
• Strong Communication Skills & presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with management, employees, and the client

The key skills required .

• Implementing Coupa technologies, specifically Coupa P2P , Buyer, Invoicing, Analysis, Travel & Expense and eForms.
• Functional knowledge of the procurement Source-to-Pay life cycle.
• Coupa infrastructure and integration layers.
• Experience in Coupa Sourcing
• Experience in Coupa Contract Management.
• Knowledge in Coupa On-Demand
• Configuration of Coupa: AML, Business Rules, Workflows, Java API hooks (Triggers, Conditions, Hooks, Methods, etc.), Parameters, New integrations (File Channel, Tibco, etc), eForms.
• Experience on Coupa Anaylsis,Spend Mangement and Coupa Inspector.
• Worked on at least one implementation project of the most recent version
• Should have run Blueprint Workshop and should be able to map Buisness Processes.
• Should have Industry Experience.
• Good Communication Skills
