:Seeking a highly experienced Senior SCM Consultant with over 12 years of expertise in end-to-end management of all Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, specializing in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS, particularly in managing and optimizing processes across procurement, contracts, inventory, warehouse, production, and MRP. Experience in third-party integrations, as well as a strong understanding of interconnected modules like sales, quality, and finance, is essential.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full SCM lifecycle, including procurement (PR-PO cycle), contract management, supplier portals, performance evaluation, and payment processes.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse management, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient logistics.
• Drive production and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes to align with organizational goals.
• Manage interfaces with third-party systems to ensure seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and quality management, to ensure cohesive end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Provide expert guidance in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support, leveraging 4-5 years of direct hands-on experience.
• Deliver Oracle EBS solutions, building on 12+ years of experience in ERP solutions, predominantly within manufacturing settings.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams for effective post-implementation operation and support.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in SCM, with a strong focus on manufacturing and related industries.
• Atleast 4 years expertise in Oracle Fusion with full lifecycle implementation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SCM modules: Contracts, PR-PO, Supplier Portal, Supplier Performance, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, MRP, and third-party system interfaces.
• Understanding of interconnected ERP modules like Sales, Quality, and Finance.
• Experience working in the construction and manufacturing sectors, particularly in Saudi Arabia and UAE, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, business-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
