Job Description

:We are seeking a Senior SCM Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience managing and implementing Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, with at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support. A deep understanding of all SCM modules and interconnected systems is required.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SCM Projects: Manage full lifecycle implementation and rollout projects for Oracle Fusion SCM, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• End-to-End SCM Solutions: Handle SCM modules including contracts, procurement (PR-PO cycle to payment), supplier management (portal, performance), inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Interface Management: Design and manage interfaces between Oracle SCM and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Functional Expertise: Provide deep functional expertise in SCM, ensuring efficient process flows and system performance.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver high-level post-implementation support and troubleshooting, addressing complex technical and functional issues in Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Collaborate with Other Modules: Work closely with other modules like sales, quality, and finance to ensure smooth cross-functional integration.
• Oracle EBS Expertise: Leverage prior Oracle EBS knowledge to support migration, coexistence strategies, and hybrid system environments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 Years of SCM Experience: Proven experience in handling all facets of SCM.
• Atleast 4 Years in Oracle Fusion: Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Oracle EBS Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Oracle EBS and its integration with Fusion applications.
• SCM Modules Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of procurement, inventory, contracts, warehouse, and supplier management.
• Cross-Module Expertise: Familiarity with interconnected modules such as sales, quality, and finance.
• Technical Skills: Experience with interfaces, customizations, and data migration.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles, working closely with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration across teams and with clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
