Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs and other related duties may be assigned.Scope of Responsibilities:

• Applies core knowledge and understanding of area of specialization to provide solutions in creative and effective ways.
• Assesses unusual circumstances and uses sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify cause and suggest variations in approach.
• Works on assignments of diverse scope where information is limited and problem solving requires adaptation of existing techniques.
• Enhances internal and external working relationships and networks with senior partners within area of expertise.

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, implement and support UI applications on SAP ECC/APO/GTS/EWM software.
• Ability to provide high quality output and long-term solutions for a mix of Projects, Enhancements and break-fix items.
• Mindset to offer improvements in our current processes and design
• Develop software and system support documentation and procedures according to Illumina standards.
• Independent task handling and providing optimum technical solutions to Functional team.
• Conduct technical research with recommendations for action into IT related topics: upgrades, systems, methodologies, software, etc.
• Collaborate effectively with resources working at different geographical locations to accomplish slated objectives.
• Perform integration testing with multiple external/bolt-on systems, cutover activities
• Stay abreast of SAP applications development and new technologies

• 5-8 years of cumulative experience as a SAPI UI developer or similar role
• Extensive experience in SAP cloud platform, WebIDE/Business Application Studio development, SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, OData services, Portal Services, configuration & customize Fiori apps and Launchpad, FIORI app extensions is a must.
• Experience in SAP Mobile apps using Hybrid Application Toolkit
• Experience building native iOS apps using SAP FIORI for iOS
• Experience with full life-cycle SAP implementations
• S4 HANA development experience a plus
• Experience in ABAP Programming is a plus
• Extensive online portfolio of demonstrated work including responsive design and mobile applications (IOS required, Android a plus)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology and DevOps tools
• Experience working on onshore offshore model
• Proven ability to collaborate with teams to drive business results
• Ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes as well as visual design comps that demonstrate clean, user-focused modern web design
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
