Senior SAP FICO Consultant(PR) Experience: 8+ years Location: Bengaluru Primary Skills: SAP FICO Type: Hybrid Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 8+ years of experience Job Overview: Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO. Should have worked in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects. Strong S4HANA SAP FI/CO functional and integration with other modules (i.e. SD, MM). Preferred skill Interfaces development/tax configuration and reporting. Domain experience in the general ledger or more of the following functions Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial. Accounting, Management Accounting, Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting. Evaluate business, functional, and technical requirements; transform those requirements into solutions. Provide oversight, governance, and mentorship to functional consultants and have working experience with senior management/stakeholders. Guide the team to Identify, interpret, validate, and document requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements, and should be instrumental in helping clients with architectural decisions and solutions of the system and allied landscape. Recommended and coordinated process-level improvements in SAP environments related to FICO. Responsible for deploying solutions in various countries and managing the change by coordinating with various teams. Coordinating between the business stakeholders and project teams. Handled comprehensive FI & CO configuration and custom developments. Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like SD, and MM and hands-on experience in FI/CO reporting solutions and SD/MM modules. Good experience in any of 2 business processes for SAP FICO - RTR / PTP / OTC. SAP Modules: New General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting with good knowledge of system integration with MM. Hands-on experience in period-end closing activities. Good to have Skills: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Responsibilities and Duties: Works with product owners, and developers for SAP FICO rollout projects Develop new forecast applications Ability to automate and optimize processes as much as possible Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum team Ability to problem solve and propose solutions Ability to communicate with technical and business teams
