• 12+ years of experience in SAP application and HANA DB.

\xc2\xb7 Conception, implementation, and support of complex SAP system landscapes (SAP Basis Operations)\xc2\xb7 Performance tuning, Memory management configuration of the SAP Application & HANA Database\xc2\xb7 Plan and implement migrations and upgrades as well as continuous adoption of SAP landscape to actual requirements (Life-Cycle-Management)\xc2\xb7 Ensure service level agreements (Monitoring, support, performance optimization)\xc2\xb7 Contact person and consultant at the interface to SAP application development, cyber security, identity & access management, and hosting team\xc2\xb7 Participation and possible lead on projects within SAP operations, such as migrations and upgrades\xc2\xb7 Participation in on call duty in a Follow-the-Sun support modelRequirements\xc2\xb7 Several years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration including databases (SAP NetWeaver, S4/HANA, HANA 2.0 Database, Sybase ASE) on Linux platform\xc2\xb7 Experience in setting up, administering and operating hybrid system environments (on-premise/cloud) as well as automating operations\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the architecture and technical design of SAP systems and related processes (application development, operating systems, virtualization, cloud)\xc2\xb7 SAP BTP experience would be a plus\xc2\xb7 Hands-on SAP experience and knowledge of security concepts related to S4HANA, BW4, BPC, HANA database, Fiori, Concur, Ariba.\xc2\xb7 Cross-functional understanding of the design, development, and support of these applications which are integrated with multiple other non-SAP products across the IT landscape.\xc2\xb7 Understanding of SAP security and regulatory SOX requirements.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of software development lifecycle and controls critical to the processes and standards required for successful IT project implementations and subsequent audit testing.\xc2\xb7 Ability to ensure compliance requirements are met while business and IT users have necessary access to perform their job responsibilities.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of ever-changing digital landscape with ability to adapt and advance application infrastructure.\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation.\xc2\xb7 Desire and ability to work across several technologies and cross functional teams - must be a good collaborator.\xc2\xb7 Quick learner with ability to work under limited supervision and seek assistance where necessary.Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, its how we think and who we are.
