You will be employed by ANSR until Land O\'Lakes GCC is operationally ready. Join us in solving some of the worlds most important food challenges.Land O\'Lakes is looking for big thinkers and big dreamers to help them imagine the future of food and agriculture.Job Title: SAP S/4 HANA Basis AdministratorJob Summary:The SAP S/4 HANA Basis Administrator is responsible for the management of the SAP environment, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP systems. The administrator will work closely with the SAP functional team to ensure the smooth operation of the SAP systems and the availability of the SAP applications to the business users.Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain the SAP systems, including the application servers, database servers, and other related systems.
• Monitor the SAP systems to ensure their availability, performance, and security.
• Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as system backups, database reorganizations, and system copies.
• Work with the SAP functional team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP systems and applications.
• Manage the transport of changes between the SAP systems, including the development, quality assurance, and production systems.
• Keep up to date with the latest SAP technologies and apply them to improve the SAP environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, including experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience with database administration, including experience with SAP HANA.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
