In this key role, youxe2x80x99ll work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to identify, engage, and convert leads into loyal customers.Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions will be essential to your success in a fast-growing environment.You will have a proven track record of contributing to a growing B2B SaaS business. We are looking for someone who will drive business development, which means quickly getting up to speed with the very specialised nature of our product and marketplace.You will also help refine and develop our internal processes to ensure we are constantly working efficiently and effectively. Your efforts will help increase our customer base through remote-based sales, and you will develop and manage your sales pipeline.The primary responsibilities of this roleWe cannot provide an exhaustive list of duties; additional duties will arise, but the following will be core elements of this role:

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through outreach and discovery
  • Conduct practical product demonstrations and pitch the value of Vestdxe2x80x99s platform
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Provide feedback on customer insights to enhance product offerings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vestdxe2x80x99s products and competitive landscape
Essential elements for this roleThese are the skills and qualifications we consider essential for this role:
  • Demonstrable consistently strong sales delivery
  • Demonstrable strong interpersonal skills, and ability to influence others
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or related industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace and others
