The Cint platform is built on a programmatic marketplace, which is the world's largest, with nearly 300 million respondents in over 150 countries who consent to sharing their opinions, motivations, and behaviours.We are feeding the world's curiosity!The OpportunityTo be a part a part Cint's Salesforce Centre of Excellence in IndiaTo play a major role in the evolution of the Salesforce products at Cint, building complex CPQ's, Orchestrations, native integrations.Driving innovation for sales engagement, and successDelivering AI bots to serve our customers betterDeveloping innovative solutions to complex problems over the entire customer lifecycleHelping and supporting all business departments to use Salesforce to its full potentialThe TeamYou'll be joining the Strategy and Operations Org within Cint and be part of the Business technology team, made up of BI, NetSuite, Integration and Salesforce teams.Reporting to the Salesforce Technical Architect, the team is made up of two Product Managers, two Senior Salesforce Administrators, and ultimately three Developers.The Salesforce team is almost entirely based in India, along with the Integrations team of 2.What You Will DoDesign, develop, and deploy software used by internal and external users.Support internal users with a wide range of SFDC engineering and admin tasks.Work with senior and junior members of the the teams to deliver great solutionsDeputise for the Salesforce Technical Architect when unavailableWork with business stakeholders to understand their issues and business processesSupport the Product Managers in estimation, and sprint planning to ensure that work is delivered on time and to story.Qualifications5 years of experience as a SFDC developer/engineer.Strong APEX and SOQL knowledgeHands-on experience with Lightning framework, Lightning Design System, and Lightning Web ComponentsProficient in JavaScriptExperience integrating external systems with SalesforceStrong Admin backgroundBonus Points If You HaveUnderstanding or have worked within complex software development environmentsWorked with NetSuite/Finance processesWorked with DatabricksAdditional Information#LI-PU1
