Develop your technical skills as you deliver new capabilities using groundbreaking technologies and processes and hone your collaboration and leadership skills as you work with a team of hardworking engineers and interact with business partners. Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with architects and technical leads to design capabilities and features
  • Develop code to satisfy business needs
  • Define and drive development standards (both technical and process)
Role & ResponsibilityThe successful candidate will lead to craft and deliver significant improvement to Cisco\'s operation capabilities, while gaining a prominent level of influence and forming relationship with key business and IT partners toshape and deliver goals and objectives.
  • Drive seamless Salesforce operationalization of next generation of business models
  • You will influence the technical execution to ensure impacts to team members are minimized while accelerating Cisco\'s ability to go-to-market with new Recurring Revenue models.
  • Design, develop, and test automation workflows and technical specifications.
  • Provide SFDC Platform guidance with process design
  • Deploy RPA components, including bots, robots in various environment
  • Implement frameworks & methodologies for Automation delivery
  • Understand business process flows of different customers & analyze automation potential.
  • Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other multi-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
  • Collaborate with offshore/onshore development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, master\'s degree preferred.
  • Requires a track record of responsibility for leading multiple programs and/or medium or large functional teams
  • Typically, requires10+ years working experience in a combination of business or IT consulting, business operations or integration role, and operations management roles.
  • Possess Excellent Written and Verbal social skills
  • Domain expertise in Sales Planning/Sales Credit/Compensation
  • Able to design technical specification documents for RPA projects
  • Experience in RPA support, including incident and change management
  • Experience with SAP Products -Business Objects, Callidus/Sales Force/Database (Oracle/Teradata/Snowflake)
  • Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work in an agile, small team environment with a focus on speed and quality.
  • Build testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports assessing quality and associated risk
  • Work closely with the automation group to automate features for better regression coverage
  • Develop deep expertise in the product
  • Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes within schedules/timelines
  • Work with software engineers, product managers, and other QA testers in an Agile team environment
  • Participate in product and feature design reviews with Software Engineers and Product Managers

For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
