Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer specializing in Communications Cloud at InnoWave, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to the communications industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business success.



Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions, including Vlocity components such as OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical designs.

Develop custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.

Perform data migrations and ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce Communications Cloud.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Communications Cloud (Vlocity) releases, features, and industry trends.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.

Strong experience with Vlocity components such as OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.

Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Communications Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Certified OmniStudio Developer ) are highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
