Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer  specializing in Communications Cloud at InnoWave , you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to the communications industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business success.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions, including Vlocity components such as OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical designs.
• Develop custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce Communications Cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Communications Cloud (Vlocity) releases, features, and industry trends.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Strong experience with Vlocity components such as OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Communications Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Certified OmniStudio Developer ) are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
