Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure seamless business processes, data accuracy, and user adoption. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including but not limited to creating custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, and approval processes.
• Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, security settings, and access controls to ensure data integrity and user privacy.
• Good understanding of Sales Cloud and CPQ to support and enhance the sales process.
• Utilize strong knowledge in Admin Configuration, CPQ Configuration,Data Migration, Deployment Tools, Governor Limits, and Best Practices to optimize and maintain the Salesforce platform.
• (Optional)Intermediate knowledge in Apex class, Apex Trigger, and VF page development to implement custom functionalities and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation of the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.
• Design and create reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to provide insights into business performance and help drive informed decisions.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to continuously enhance the platform\'s capabilities and drive innovation.
• Lead data management initiatives, including data cleansing, data enrichment, and data migration projects.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of third-party applications and integrations to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required. Good to have Salesforce CPQ certification.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations and optimizations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Proficiency in creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
• Proficiency in configuring products, configuring price and discounts, configuring quote and quote templates, creating price rules and product rules.
• Familiarity with Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder.
• Familiarity with deployment tools like Copado, GIT.
• Experience with data migration and integration using tools like Data Loader or third-party integration platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong desire to learn and stay updated with industry trends.
