Job Description


  • Strong knowledge of configuration and customization of Salesforce.com. Must have good understanding of Overall SFDC Architecture & landscape.
  • Being able to construct complex flows and understand all its aspects. Knowledge of migration from Business process builder to Flows.
  • Being able to work independently and share knowledge with other team members.
  • Deep knowledge of Approval processes, Workflows, Process Builder, Reports and other core SFDC functionality is a must.
  • Knowledge of the APEX development and Lightning Web Components is an advantage but not required.
  • Good communication skills. Must be able to manage interactions with various stake holders across multiple countries.
  • Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
  • Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance.
  • Deep analytics skills with ability to quickly find a root cause for given issues.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
  • Knowledge of JIRA or Service Now is an advantage.
