Ideally in this role you will reside in our Mumbai office and will need to travel.Your role involves strategic management of current sales, account management skills around price, volume and product mix management are required to optimize profitability of current portfolio of products. Beyond today\'s sales, a key objective is an ambitious growth strategy. Your role will need a strong focus around value growth and require developing strong, in-depth relationships with customers in the assigned region, also require a mentality to hunt for and convert opportunities. Your role requires a deep knowledge of customer un-met needs and potential Dow solutions will be important, strong teamwork will be required between this role and other functions contributing to our growth initiatives. This would include Marketing, Sales Service, Technical Service and Research & Development among others.You will be Managing large and medium accounts for Packaging & Specialty Plastics business . Your role requires strategic thinking and negotiations skills to defend our leading position at this customer.
