Senior Sales Representative - High Purity FiltersLocation: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview : - We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative with a minimum of 7 years of experience in selling filters for high purity applications, such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and other industries requiring contamination control. - The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of filtration systems and proven success in driving sales growth within this niche market. Key Responsibilities : Sales & Business Development : - Drive sales of high purity filters to clients in the semiconductor, biotech, pharmaceutical, and other relevant industries. - Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. - Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans. - Client Relationship Management : - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their filtration needs and providing tailored solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Technical Expertise : - Utilize in-depth technical knowledge of high purity filters to consult with clients, offering solutions that meet their application-specific requirements. - Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and training to potential clients and internal teams. Market & Competitor Analysis : - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products. - Provide feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and potential growth areas to inform product development and marketing strategies. - Collaboration : - Work closely with engineering, product management, and customer service teams to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve sales processes and marketing strategies. Qualifications & Skills : - Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in high purity filters, preferably within industries like semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology. - Strong understanding of filtration technology and its applications in contamination-sensitive environments. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
