Implement the sales and relationship through Axis bank for the assigned geography by driving campaigns, engagement activities, business monitoring, enhancing intermediaries\' capabilities/ products knowledge through trainings and providing support to team in servicing and achieving business targets. Comments: Numerical figure represents the total number of incumbents in the role PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (List the accountabilities associated with the job.) Business Planning and Execution Drive business performance in alignment with business plan for Axis Bank to deliver defined topline targets Conducting weekly meetings with teams for cascading business plan & provide them with inputs to achieve agreed topline and focus on preferred LOBs Implement local R&R and contests for the team to ensure focus on deliverables and drive business Plan & deliver training to enhance technical capabilities of team to ensure they are equipped to drive business with intermediaries Support and Guide the team in Identification of potential branches and products. Intermediaries management Manage relationship with bank branches and identify focus areas/ target segments. Drive campaigns/ trainings for Bank employees to develop their knowledge and enhance their sales capabilities. Conduct joint field calls with Bank to support them in closing business. Team management Participate in selection procedure to identify and hire right talent in the team Set objectives, conduct reviews and close appraisal process for team as per timelines Drive weekly reviews with team members to keep a check on overall team\'s performance Support team members in delivering their responsibilities in business as usual and resolve their concerns/ challenges, if any MAJOR CHALLENGES (Describe the major challenges you face on an on-going basis in carrying out your job.) Achieve topline as well as manage underwriting challenges. DECISIONS (Mention the key decisions taken by job holder at his end and the decisions for which the job holder goes to superior with options and recommendations or seek approval). Recommend discount on case to case basis with respect to merits of the deal INTERACTIONS (The key working relationships or routine contacts a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the organization to accomplish the job.) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Team- to obtain daily updates on numbers and progress Operations Team- for policy issuance, cover notes, endorsements etc. Underwriting - To obtain competitive quotes and for discounting approvals IT- to address portal related issues External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Bankers- for premium follow up and relationship building Customers- Sales & service DIMENSIONS (List the significant numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job). Financial Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts like annual budgets, project costs, annual revenue, purchase value etc.) . Gross Weighted Premium: 1.8 Cr (North and East), 1.2 Cr (West and South) for the remaining FY Other Dimensions (Indication of some of the significant volumes associated with the job like number in team/ staff handled etc). Total Team Size: 10 Number of Direct Reports: 10 Number of Outsourced employees: TBA SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent). Educational Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Management Licentiate will be a preference Overall 6-7 years of sales experience Desirable Skills : \' 1.Good communication skills. 2.Flexible & adaptable to change. 3.Well versed with MS Office. 4.Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. 5.Should be aware of the Local language.\' Education/Qualification:Graduate Years Of Exp :1 to 5 Years
